Hello, my name is Roman. But I'll let you into a secret – when I came to Silver Lining they thought I was so beautiful that I MUST be a girl, so they called me Rose. On my first vet visit my foster mum got a big surprise and I suddenly became Roman LOL. Of course, I'm still beautiful ;-)

I was one of a bunch of 18 kitties who were left at a pet store. Rescues came to our aid and SLPR took 7 of us. That's another of my sneaky secrets… when SLPR came to collect us they were only taking 6 of my siblings, but I liked the look of that lady and decided to stowaway with the others. Smart kitty aren't I?

Now I'm safe and enjoying life. I'm a manx so I don't have any tail, but that just makes me cuter, and I have a gorgeous soft grey fur and am super snuggly. I LOVE to snuggle. I also love to hang wherever you are, and curl up right beside you at night.

You know I said I had a surprise name change? Well, I really don't mind what you call me – as long as you don't call me late for dinner! Yes, another thing I LOVE is my food!! But, don't worry, I'll let you know if you're running late getting my meal served.
