Axel

Axel is one gigantic snuggle bunny! He loves a good snuggle and smooch and he actively seeks out being close to his humans. Axel has a sad story to tell, one in which he was severely neglected and starved. Despite this, he has a beautiful, affectionate, forgiving nature and enjoys the company of people and other dogs.
Axel is looking for a safe and secure home where he gets plenty of kindness and reassurance. He would benefit greatly from ongoing positive reinforcement training.
Axel can display a degree of separation distress when away from his people or his dog friends, therefore a place where his people are at home more often than not would be ideal. A family with older kids is recommended due to him sometimes being a bit jumpy.
Axel requires high, secure fencing - colourbond or wood - not wire. He also needs a high quality diet for optimum health.
In the right, secure and loving home, Axel will thrive and be a lovely member of the family.
