About Lewis
We think Lewis is one lucky cat. He was living on the streets in an area that was incredibly unsafe and sadly many of his siblings did not survive. Then, he was lucky enough to find himself in the care of a devoted foster carer who knew that deep down he was just a big teddy bear. Now, we hope for Lewis’ final stroke of luck - he can find himself a loving forever home where he can continue to grow into a confident cuddly cat.
Lewis loves all kinds of pats… head rubs, chin scratches, body strokes and his favourite, tummy tickles! His purr is loud and he even drools with happiness when he is getting those pats!
But Lewis is still shy. He enjoys snoozing in his cubby house bed and lying in his cat tree. With time, Lewis will begin to explore his surrounds. Because Lewis is such an affectionate cat, we know that once he gains his confidence, he will be the best companion on the couch or bed.
Lewis is looking for:
- A quiet home.
- An owner who is gentle, patient and happy to give him the time and space to build his confidence.
- An owner that will enjoy seeing Lewis progress from a shy cat and further develop his personality.
- A home that could have an existing cat for company as he loves playing with the foster family’s cat.
- An indoor only home, unless you have a secure cat enclosure for some outside time.
Lewis is up for adoption or foster-to-adopt, which gives his potential new owner time with him before committing to the adoption.
Please get in touch if you’d like to meet the lucky Lewis.
Medical notes
Lewis has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
