Gryffindor is a big, lovable, affectionate young man who is looking for a family who will have plenty of time to spend with him.
He has a beautiful sweet nature and loves nothing more than being with his family. He loves to snuggle up and will take every opportunity for a cuddle.
Gryffindor is looking for a family who are home more often than not and who will continue to help him grow into the beautiful sweet dog he is. He would also love a dog friend to help teach him to be the best dog he can be.
Gryffindor is currently in foster care with 2 children aged 7 and 8 and he is great with them and they adore him. He can be playful and forget his size so would be best suited to dog savvy kids.
Gryffindor has learnt to sit and to wait for food in foster care and he is getting used to walking on a lead. His new family will need to patient with him as he adjusts to all the new sights and sounds in the outside world. He is very excitable when he sees a dog and will cry to say hello, he will need to keep practising how to stay calm on a walk.
When he is home he is generally calm and likes to be near you, he will follow you around looking for pats and cuddles. He is house trained and generally likes to be inside with his family.
Gryffindor has medium energy levels, he is happy to lounge around at home but loves to go for a walk each day and has many playful moments throughout the day where he will throw his toys up in the air for himself or do a few zoomies around the yard.
All in all Gryffindor is an absolute pleasure and he steals the hearts of all he meets. He is loving, playful and speaks to you with his adorable brown eyes. His foster family love him to bits.
