About Drogo
Meet Drogo!
Drogo is a big boy, the largest of his litter, however he is also the biggest sweetheart. He is full of curiosity and cuddles for his humans. He is very excitable which is to be expected from a young puppy but is getting better at listening and remembering what he isn’t allowed to do.
Drogo is working on understanding simple commands and at present he can “sit” “shake” and knows to come when called “pup pup”.
When Drogo has unlimited access to the outdoors he will not have an accident inside, however if he can’t get outside he will use a puppy mat (sometimes his aim is a bit questionable) he is still learning to let his foster mum know when he needs to go outside to relieve himself.
He’s recently discovered that he loves to steal the cats toys- especially mice toys- but also loves fabric/stuffed dog toys with ropes attached and tennis balls.
Drogo loves all dogs (even if they do not love him). He’s been around cats and loves them too but as an excitable puppy they don’t always appreciate his cuddles and kisses.
He’s grown up around kids but has not learned to stop jumping yet when he’s happy to see someone, as a result he can sometimes overwhelm children.
Drogo will need ongoing obedience to help him have the best start in life!
He would love to meet you!
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
