NOTE: You are unable to meet Drax until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Drax in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• BREED KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, however I can be hit & miss on which dogs I want to hang out with. I seem to prefer the ladies.
• I have a high prey drive so I can't go to a home that already has cats, rabbits/guinea pigs or chickens/ducks as I will chase them
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• I have lots of energy so an active family is a must

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Cats or small animals as I may find them fun to chase

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• I can sit on command
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I LOVE playing fetch and will sit at your feet after I've returned the ball to you.
