Hi! I'm Bubbles & I ended up here at the RSPCA with my 3 Powerpuff brothers. I am a sweet 7 month old bundle of fur! Sadly for me, all of my brothers have gone off to fight crime with their new families leaving me wishing that one day a family will come and take me too. The staff here are always saying I'm a super unique, funky boy with a hair style to match. I love my veggies, hay and pellets...
