ABOUT HONEY
Honey was with her previous family for entire adult life but unfortunately were unable to take her with them when they were posted to a remote area. She has responded well coming into care and does feel anxious when left alone, so a family with people at home most of the time and/or a canine companion would suit her wonderfully. Honey loves to talk when she gets excited, enjoys going for walks but would suit a family that isn't extremely active as short walks is all she can handle with her arthritis.
Yes, unfortunately, Honey has some arthritis that causes her to get stiff from time to time but she has very affordable medication that she takes which allows her to live her best life in comfort.
Honey gets along with adult dogs and kids. Honey has fallen in love with the foster kittens in care with her and loves to lick and love-nibble them.
She is great with horses and will happily just follow you around the farm.
Honey would suit a home that wants a easy going dog, happy to be outside most of the day but also loves to sleep on her cosy bed at night. She's a lovely older girl that will be a delight to have as a family member.
