Meet Darling who doesn’t let having only one eye get in the way of living her best life!

She had a pretty rough start. She was rescued along with 50 other cats and kittens from a hoarding situation where the owner hadn't even realized she had lost her eye. As a result, she’s a little smaller than other cats and sometimes walks with her head tilted on an angle so she can see where she's going. But she never lets that hold her back! She’s energetic, talkative and a total joker. She can be feisty and a little bit bossy but only because she’s had to fight
to survive in her early days.

She will butt other cats out of the way in the sprint to the food bowl, but it’s all love and she craves the company of other cats (if only to boss them about). Darling will need to have other cats to play & spend time with. She’s just like the little sister that annoys the pants off you but you love her fiercely for it.

She loves to headbutt, and quite aggressively for such a little package. She’s just stamping her authority on you. She also loves a serious head scratch and will reward you with a humming purr when she's satisfied. As she's still learning that claws are sharp, Darling would be best suited to a home with humans who have had cats previously.

Being that she was raised in an apartment, Darling has no road sense and will be going to an INDOOR ONLY home.
