Nova

Meet Nova! Breed Experience with Chihuahua's is preferred.

Nova-approx 1 year old. She is a sweet little girl who loves human interaction. She is currently in foster care with calm medium size dogs.

Nova has gained the confidence to spend time in the yard with her doggie friends but will also following her human.

Nova is basically toilet trained - we have the occasional wee accident.
Nova is currently sleeping in a crate of a night although would be happy to sleep with her human.
Nova has perfected doggie stairs to go on/off lounges to preserve her little legs. Nova walks nicely on a harness and lead - although does the circles like most small dogs do.

We are continuously working on giving her positive experiences and the new owners will need to be consistent with set routines.

Being only 2kg, Nova is very wary of large items moving ie. laundry trolley, walking frame etc.

Nova is a young dog still who will require ongoing confidence building, training and socialisation with dogs and humans.

Small dogs have a long life span (approx 15-20 years), so we are seeking a home that can keep Nova in their care for her entire life.
