About Groot
Meet Groot,
This sweet boy is our boy who's been in care the longest! He arrived when he was approx 6 months old, meaning he's been in foster carer over 3 years.
Groot is a smart boy who is sooo willing to learn. He knows his basic commands like sit, drop, shake, has basic recall and is toilet trained.
He loves to play with soft toys, follow his humans around the house and snooze in comfy spots.
Groot is a sweet boy who just loves all people, dogs and cats. He loves doing zoomies in the backyard and playing with his foster siblings. Him and his carers cat regularly will snuggle up together throughout the day.
He loves going on walks and hopes his new family would be able to take him on some cool adventures!
Because of his white complexion he will need sunscreen on the days with high UV index.
Groot is longing for a home to call his own.

Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
