Meet Rolland, AKA “Rolly boy”, the sweetest big cat you’ll ever meet.

Rolland was surrendered to the pound by his previous owners when they were moving, and through no fault of his own he found himself scared, sad and confused in a place that was unfamiliar to him. He arrived in foster care and was so down in the dumps we were actually worried he wouldn’t come good. We couldn’t even get him to meow or purr or move out from his little corner, but after a week of gentle trust building time with his foster family, Rolland started to see the light again and come out of his shell. His whole face changed, his gentle purrs and sweet little meows came back.

We came to discover that he loves fresh biscuits, quiet time relaxing with his humans and tummy scratching when he’s doing his rolling. Although Rolland tolerates other cats, he would prefer to be your only fur-baby. Rolland likes mature children that know how to be gentle with him and would make a beautiful little best friend for the right family.
