Steph 🐾

Steph is our A D O R A B L E little Belgian Shepherd (Malinois) pup and currently 13wks old.....This darling little girl is sassy, yet completely lovable!

Steph is energetic and very trainable, but can be mouthy when playing and loves to chew, so plenty of chew toys will be needed 🥰 She loves the company of her humans and meeting new people, but also quite content to spend time with her furry friends. If she was to be rehomed as an only dog, she will need time to adjust being on her own.

This gorgeous little girl spends most of her time outdoors, although does have access indoors on occasion to spend time with her foster family inside. She has been socialised with older dogs, both small and large and would benefit from having a calm and mature dog in her forever home. Steph will sit on command and learning her name. Her new family will need to be prepared to work through toilet training, and have the skills, time and patience for an active pup.

The Malinois is a medium sized, short haired dog that often get confused with the German Shepherd dog. They were originally used for herding livestock, but are often used today in the protection services, as assistance dogs and companions.

We have been advised by our vet to delay Desexing until 6mths of age, so adopters would need to bring her back to one of our vets for the procedure no later than 11th December 2022.

As with all young dogs, we strongly recommend signing up for some doggie training. Steph will need continued socialisation with other dogs, as well as ongoing training so that she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised girl. We believe that she will be a medium to large dog when fully grown. She is a beautiful natured young girl with an abundance of energy, and given the right environment we’re sure she will grow to be an extremely loyal, well mannered adult.

Steph would be best suited to a home or property with another doggie companion or the company of her humans. She will need an active family who have experience and knowledge of the Belgian shepherd breed with a medium to large yard and secure height appropriate fencing.
