About (A boy named) Sue
Susan is a truly special boy. He has just turned one and is looking for his forever family. Susan will provide you with endless entertainment. He had a rough start to life after being left with untreated cat flu that caused glaucoma in his right eye when he was little. Susan has gone from a terrified cat to a happy, snuggly, very busy little man.
His glaucoma is managed with eye drops and since he has had his health managed he is a completely different animal.
Susan loves his two foster brothers, Gus the jack russell and Oliver the maltese cross and will play with them for hours. He is very busy and always looking for somewhere to explore so he would love a home with a friend. He hasn't lived with other cats but is very sociable and would love anyone to wrestle with.
Susan has recently taught himself to play fetch and has now trained his foster family too. He loves his toys and spends several hours a day playing with them. He also comes when he is called.
Susan loves cuddles, we don't think he had a lot of them before he came to his foster family. He will happily be picked up and carried around like a baby once he trusts you. He loves to help his foster mum study and insists that she hold his paw while he takes a nap. He will sleep upside down in your arms, or on your chest if you let him or will happily curl up anywhere near his family to have a nap.
Susan can be a bit nervous in new situations he might get a fright if you stand over him or go to pat him over the top of his head but he is learning more and more every day that nothing bad is going to happen to him.
Susan has to have eye drops twice daily, he is great about these and is never a problem. He knows his routine and so will come over to have them before he has a brush.
Susan can scratch occasionally but this is normally only when he is trying to play and he will stop if he's told. He is very smart and learns quickly that he's not meant to do something though that often doesn't stop him from doing again because he thinks its funny.
Susan would be a great addition to a family and will love you unconditionally.
