About Bounty 34572 Campbelltown ACF
- Requires dog experienced owner
- Requires professional behaviour modification
- Open to meet children
- Approx. 15kgs
Bounty is a special puppy in need of a passionate and confident handler. She didn’t had the exposure and training she needed within her critical socialisation period and now requires professional assistance.
She is still a fun-loving and hilarious puppy who loves toys – she tends to entertain herself when given a variety of things to play with. She is very active, but burns out quickly so would be ideal having short bursts of training and exercise several times a day. She is a hardy and stocky puppy who would love to run around with children if there are any in the household. She can be mouthy and snatchy so would be best for an dog experienced family.
Bounty has not had positive experiences with dogs in the past and this shows in her behaviour. She should never be let off lead in public areas or around other dogs. A professional dog behaviour trainer should be consulted to assist with her socialisation and management.
Bounty is very affectionate and loves humans so would love to come in and out of the household when her family are home. She would be okay being alone part-time, as long as she was mentally and physically stimulated daily so she does not become destructive. Crate training may be ideal to help her understand boundaries and routine.
Muzzle training would be great to provide extra safety when out and about in public areas.
Bounty desperately needs a home. She would be an amazing family pet once given the chance.
