About Milly
Princess, sweet, people-focused
Not suited to cats, chickens or small creatures
Milly is the sweetest girl who has a lot of love to give. She craves being around her people at all times and can't cope with being separated from you. She will make an ideal little companion for someone who is home the majority of the time, eg retirees or someone working from home. Milly is good with other dogs as well as chooks, but not suited to a home with cats or small furry animals such as rabbits or guinea pigs. If something intrigues her she will bark, chase and harass it! She is quite a chatty little girl and will let you know when it's dinner time- she's clearly used to being treated like a little princess :) Milly needs to lose a bit of weight to be at her optimum, and enjoys a 20-30 minute walk, but won't ever be a sprinter! She's the sort of girl who you take for coffee at your dog friendly café. Typically with a cavalier, her eyes do need a wipe over with water once a day. Her coat will need regular trimming and grooming. As Milly doesn't like to jump up (eg into your car or up onto the lounge) her new owner must be able to lift her up. If you are looking for a gentle, placid little dog who still has lots of personality, then Milly could be your girl!
