Big and beautiful, Sushi is ready to steal your heart! (and your treats)

Sushi is a big sweetie. She can be a little bit nervous around new people (can't we all), but once she warms up she's a big love bug.

She will need to go to an adults only home as she can be a bit jumpy when she gets excited, and as a big dog we don't want her to accidentally knock over any little ones. She loves the company of humans, but doesn't mind being left on her own for a little while as long as you leave her with some tasty treat based enrichment toys.

She didn't get many walks in her last home and as such hasn't had much socialisation with other dogs, so is quite fearful of them. She will need to be the only doggo in the household, and our adoptions staff can give you some tips and tricks to helping her around other dogs outside of the house. She will also not be suitable to go to a home with cats or other smaller animals.

She also hasn't had much basic training and would greatly benefit from ongoing, positive reinforcement training in her new home.

This gorgeous gentle giant is looking for regular walkies, lots of tasty treats, and a spot next to you on the couch.
