Raven

Hi all, my name is Raven and I am hoping you could take me to my new forever home.

I am a cat that enjoys my days lounging on the couch, sleeping on my foster mums bed or soaking up the rays on the window. I can be a little shy at first, so having too many people in the house at once can scare me a bit. It is best to take your time with me as I would like to get to know you first. This is why I would best suit a quite home with no children.

I do enjoy my head scratches, but please go slow as I can get a little scared with fast movements. I don't enjoy being picked up and rather have my 4 paws on the floor at all times, but if you have to carry me sometimes I guess I will allow it. I am a cat that loves to have a lot of space, so letting me roam freely in the house is what I would like best. I best suit a home with an experienced owner to continue working with me and gaining my trust as well as helping me gain my confidence.

I am quite cat social and do enjoy having the company of another feline in the house. I did have a friend in my foster home who I really liked and would look at him as a role model. Having another friendly cat in the house would help me a lot as they encourage me to do things I would be too scared to do alone.

I do enjoy playing with toys every now and then, but I wouldn't say I am the most playful cat. I do enjoy little plush mouse toys that I can toss around the house. I absolutely love my food and will do anything for it, so when first taking me home, food would be a great way to encourage me and allow us to have some great bonding moments.
