Clyde has had cat flu so a reoccurrence may occur at times of stress, or cold weather in winter. Cat flu is manageable symptomatically, and reoccurrences generally decrease as the cat gets older (not always though).
A vet can give medicines to help ease symptoms, when necessary, and yearly vaccinations can help lessen symptoms of any new strains of cat flu that are caught.
