About Betty
Little Miss Betty is a placid, playful and highly affectionate English Staffordshire Bull Terrier pup, born around March 2022.
She came into care with her littermate, Wilma. Betty has a small black spot on an outer eye and is less spotty than Wilma.
Betty loves two things in life above all else - humans and other dogs. (She's untested with cats.)
A gentle and sweet-tempered girl, she settled into her new foster home as if she'd always lived there. Clever and eager to please, she learnt to sit for a treat within five minutes of arrival. She rarely barks and will only do so in response to another dog barking first or if there's a disturbance on the street.
With love, training and stability in her life, Betty will make an excellent companion or family dog.
If you are interested in meeting her, please complete the online application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and ensure that you include photos of your yard and fencing.
Preference will be given to a home where someone is around most of the time and/or there is at least one other compatible dog for her to play with. Betty is definitely not suited to a solitary life in the backyard.
Her adoption fee is $550 and she is vaccinated and microchipped. At the point of adoption, she will also be desexed.
Betty lives in Warwick, Queensland and is available for interstate adoption. A virtual meet and greet may be offered to approved applicants.
Medical notes
Betty will be desexed on 5 September 2022.
