About Elias
We know he is cute and well, so does he!
Elias us an extra special fella now 8 weeks old he is ready to start searching for his right fit but won’t be looking to leave until he is 10-12 weeks of age.
This fella is a German shepherd x husky who has a thick double coat and the sassiness of a drama queen.
Elias’s new home will be someone dog experienced and looking to be able to provide an active and fulfilling lifestyle for this boy. He isn’t searching for a home that can’t commit to daily exercise and mental stimulation. Or a home where he is left during full time hours alone.
Elias has been raised in foster care since 5 weeks of age and has been exposed to excessive car rides, shopping trips, different varieties of people, dogs and various farm animals. And he thinks everyone is fantastic.
He would make a great in training demonstration dog for a dog obedience trainer, or someone searching for an adventure hiking dog.
He isn’t a dog for a first time dog owner or someone with a more lazy routine. He wants outside fun and adventure!
Being part husky he will need secure and safe fencing 6ft and over; free from gaps and holes. And his new home will need to allow him inside the house especially at night throughout puppyhood and life.
He does adore other dogs of all shapes and sizes and could easily adjust to being with another playful, guiding and social pooch but he might suit being an only dog for the right dedicated owner.
To be safe we are searching for a home with no cats, pocket pets or free range poultry. And unless secure dog mesh fencing we won’t be searching for a rural home either as that boys husky side is STRONG.
Elias is located in the lower hunter valley and is hoping he meets his new match soon! His adoption fee is $650 and he is best suited to homes in the NSW or ACT regions but we may accept interstate for the right candidate. But they must be willing to travel to his foster home to meet.
