About Odin
Hi, I'm Odin! Like Layla, Leo and Teddy, I'm from a hoarder property with over 20 cats! I'm looking for my purrever home where I can get tons of attention!
When I say tons of attention, I mean tons! I loooooooove pats and will roll around looking for more when you stop! My foster carer says I'm a lovely boy who will make a great addition to any family.
Odin has been:
- Untried with cats while in care but has been around over 20 others so will be fine with them as long as he's given time for the right introductions
- Untried with dogs (probably best in a home without them)
- Tried with kids and will be fine with primary-aged children once he settles and gets used to them.
***To be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure enclosure only***
Odin is 7 months old (DOB: 30/1/22) and his adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Odin is available to meet at his foster carer's home at Coromandel Valley.
If you would like to meet Odin, please fill out the following form (https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A) and his foster carer will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time to meet him!
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
If you wish to adopt a cat or kitten, please fill out the adoption application form https://forms.gle/hadqmP3cVaDLviC9A
