About Scout ~ Jack Russell X Poodle (On Trial 22/9/22)
Meet your new best friend, Scout. He is a 9-week-old tan and white Jack Russell x Poodle. This cute little boy is waiting to go on adventures with his new family.
Scout loves to be outside playing, running around, and wrestling with his sister and exploring his new environment. He has plenty of character, but he is also super affectionate and loves just hanging around and being with his foster family.
Since coming into care, Scout has been learning to come to his name and enjoys playing tug a war with his sister. Scout’s foster family have started toilet training. Scout sleeps with his sister inside in a crate and is going great with it, only crying when needing to go to the toilet.
As Scout is still a puppy, he will need a family who are home often as he doesn’t like being left alone for long periods of time. Scout loves being around humans, he would need to be welcomed inside when the family is home and be involved in his new family’s life. Scout will need a fenced in yard with room to run and absolutely no gaps.
For more information on Scout, please contact his foster carer on their email kelly.marty@hotmail.com. Scout is in foster care in Stroud, NSW and is not available for interstate or out of area adoption. Scout’s adoption fee is $1,000 which includes all up to date vet work. He is microchipped, vaccinated and treated for fleas and worms.
As Scout is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas because he will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when he is approximately 5/6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.
