About Niamh
Stunning girl Niamh is looking to get out of the city and into the countryside. She wants to breathe the wonderful scent of country air and have her best friend take her on adventures. Niamh loves walks and would even make a great running companion.
After stretching her legs on a morning walk, Niamh is more than happy to occupy herself while you’re busy. If the weather is nice, she’ll spend time exploring the garden, playing with her toys, or sunbathing on a warm patch of grass. If the weather is poor, Niamh will settle down on her bed with a favourite chew toy or bone and while away the hours.
Once you’re home, Niamh would love to join you for an afternoon or evening walk. Sleepy and with a full belly of delicious dinner, Niamh becomes an expert couch snuggler for the evening. When it’s bedtime Niamh likes to sleep on a soft bed inside her crate, where she can dream about all the fun you’ve had together!
Niamh loves learning new things, especially when there are treats involved. She is wonderfully intelligent and lives to make her humans proud. Niamh is very loyal and likes to stick close to her favourite people. She will happily follow you around the home or garden when you're at home. She wants to make sure her family is safe and will let you know if any visitors are approaching. In return, Niamh would love a home with secure fencing to keep her safe and sound!
Although she is very well-behaved, Niamh gets a little too excited at the thought of chasing. To help her avoid temptation, Niamh would prefer her new home to be free of cats, pocket pets or young children. Niamh is friendly with other dogs and would be happy for another doggo to share in her fun!
Speaking of fun…do you want to hear something cute? When Niamh is really, really happy she bounces. And we don’t mean just on her front paws; we mean on all four feet. The happier she is, the higher she jumps! It really is the cutest thing in the world!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
