About Sooty
Our Sooty is a delightful little oddball who’ll entertain you with her loving personality and crazy antics. Her big, orange eyes and black fluff make her both easy and hard to spot, depending on the situation. She loves a brush of her fur and a tummy scratch sometimes. She also may get in the way of photos of other things, as she's curious what you may be up to.
Great with other cats and good with children, she’s happy to sit with them and purr up a storm as long as they're nice to her. She can deal with some poking and prodding and will wander off when she’s had enough. She can deal with being alone for some of the time, but will need feline company if you're out a lot or a small family who'll be there for her.
Sooty loves people when she’s in the mood (which is most of the time to be honest), but could be a bit insecure or need attention from you. She needs a family who wants a special bond with her. She has a habit of turning up when she wants if you aren’t expecting her, and she loves to nuzzle her snout against you and purr loudly in your lap - she can get in the way if you work at home and will definitely be a feature in video meetings. She comes to her name called by her family, and loves to chase butterflies and mouse toys around in circles, so an automatic toy or laser to chase is perfect for this pretty kitty.
She isn’t terribly fussy about food but does love to eat with you and will *definitely* steal your pizza if you’re not looking. Better watch your plate teehee!
