Meet Coffee & Porridge: Our Bonded Duo 💚

Coffee and Porridge are two of our longest-term residents at HVAFARC, coming into care as very young pups. After growing up together in rescue, they’ve formed an inseparable bond — and will only be adopted as a pair. 🐾

Both are working breed mixes who find kennel life stressful, but they absolutely light up when out for walks, playtime, or cuddles with their humans. Having spent most of their lives in care, they can be a little nervous meeting new people at first — but with patience, treats, and time, their affectionate and gentle natures shine through.

✨ A little about Coffee: She’s a sweet and intelligent girl who loves liver treats and takes them ever so gently. Once she feels secure, her playful, cuddly side blossoms, and she’ll happily share her love with her people.

✨ A little about Porridge: He’s a kind-hearted boy who adores peanut butter and will quickly win you over with his goofy charm. With the right guidance and continued training, Porridge will thrive as a loyal, loving companion.

Together, Coffee and Porridge are looking for a stable, patient home where they can finally settle and live the happy life they deserve. With love, consistency, and gentle reassurance, this duo will reward their new family with loyalty, joy, and endless affection.
