About Leela
Leela, always wanting to know what the phone is doing or if she can talk to it.
This sweet girl is ready to start her search for her forever match. A sweet natured 10 month old girl who’s some sort of ridgeback/ kelpie chow chow mix. With a purple marked tongue and a soft coat, she’s a divine addition to the home. She loves children.
Showing to be playful and fun with other dogs she would love a home with another playful pooch but may suit being an only dog if not left for long full time hours alone.
She hasn’t met any pocket pets or cats so we are uncertain how she is with these. But she has been assessed with small and giant dogs and everything in between and been a good girl.
Leela is showing to be well crate trained and toilet trained and is still working on her obedience mastery. But she’s definitely food motivated so we think she would do great with a dedicated owner.
Leela is hoping her new home will allow her to sleep inside especially at night as she loves to cuddle up to you if possible.
She’s ready to find her new home now and her adoption fee is $600. She’s hoping she doesn’t have to wait too long! Located in the Lower hunter valley, she is best suited to NSW or ACT adoption but we may consider interstate if the adopters have the right set up and are willing to travel to her foster home for a meet and greet.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
