Maverick

Hi, I'm Maverick,

I am named after the infamous Western Dude back in the 1960's! Check out my grin, I have a smile that you will fall in love with.

I know basic commands and sit so patiently for all my treats. Whilst at the shelter I have made many Hooman friends and enjoy being a lap dog, I really like to sit in your space! In saying that I can also be independent and I am happy to do my own thing!

I am a great ball chaser but not to good on bringing the ball back as I find it more fun when you chase me. I love toys and I love to throw them around in the air for myself in the yard!

I would love a family that will include me in their everyday activities whether that be a nice walk around the neighbourhood, camping or a big hike through the bush! Or we can just chill at home and I can watch you do the gardening! Maybe even help a little!

I love enrichment! That might include a wobble kong, a normal kong or you could be creative and give me boxes to chew up! I also don't mind a pigs ear for a treat!

I have decided that I would love all my new families attention to myself which is why I must be an only animal :)
