Well hello there,
Poe is my name and getting adopted is my game! Reckon you could help me out with the latter?

If you are looking for a smoochy independent chap to complete your family I may be the man for you! I was unfortunately surrendered to the shelter as my previous family could not provide me with the vet treatment I needed.

I have been on the mend here at the shelter but nothing would compare to a furever home of my own. I may need a little extra special care, but I promise I will make it worth your while!

Due to being FIV+ and having calicivirus - I will need to be kept indoors only please! But not to worry, in my experience, you humans are pretty good at supplying the yummy treats and lovely chin scratches, so I am more than happy to be cooped up by your side!

In addition to good old companionship and attention, I will need a couple of supplies to keep me happy and healthy. Fresh food and water, a clean litter tray, plenty of hidey holes and toys, and purrhaps a nice scratching tower by the window for me to sunbake in ought to do it.

If you're ready to make my day by taking me home, please ask the staff at front counter to come meet me properly!
