About Koffee
This little fellow is 12 weeks old and has been in foster care since he was 4-6 weeks old. He is desperate for company and attention - Koffee has spent his life in the company of his two brothers who were adopted together in the last week. Being all alone now this little guy is totally bereft! We tried to buddy him up with a mum and her kittens back at the rescue, but he was having none of that. It is clear he has decided he is ready for his forever family. He was so sad at the shelter being alone, I had to bring him home with me temporarily...
Little Koffee is one of the most expressive kittens I have interacted with. He is quick to purr and share his happiness - managing to convey all his feelings and thoughts through his tiny little body and squeaky voice. He loves cuddles, but they need to be quick because he is a busy little boy with stuff to do. He is quick to engage in play, smooches and climbs to get close to your face or on your shoulder. He licks you to let you know he likes you, but he's also not adverse to nibbling on your fingers or hands when he's playing. If he's running around your feet he doesn't rub against your ankles so much as throws his little body against you. He is already an expert at telling you when he wants attention, when he's hungry and uses his litter box like a champion. He is full of enthusiasm regardless of what he is doing!
Koffee has been in the company of his brothers his whole life and has been alone for less than a week - and he doesn't like it much. We would recommend Koffee's new home has a sibling. If he has a brother or sister of the feline variety he will have company whenever he wants it, someone to play with and will settle faster into his new home without getting into too much mischief.
If you wanted to consider adopting a second cat or kitten from the rescue we can negotiate a reduced adoption fee.
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
