About Lily DL2936
Lily is such a beautiful girl who is friendly with all people and loves cuddles and resting her head in your lap.
Lily has the energy to go for long walks or jogs, but afterwards she'll spend her time lazing around nearby. She loves going adventuring and on bush walks with you and playing tug o' war.
Lily likes to play with other dogs socially, but can get jealous having to share your attention so would be most content as your only dog at home. She doesn't bark very often but she is a good watch dog and will let you know if she hears a strange noise in the night.
She has learned to be calm inside and sits and sleeps on her own bed indoors at night. Once given a chance to settle in, she may cope with a working family, but she'd prefer having someone around more often. She can spend some time in a secure backyard when you have to go out, and likes eating her food out of treat balls to keep her busy as you leave.
While Lily does prefer to walk at an enthusiastic pace, she doesn't drag you along and responds well to being reminded to heel. She knows 'sit' and 'lay down' and will learn more if food is involved! But she will sit nicely on her bed without begging when it's your dinner time.
Temperament wise, Lily is sweet and gentle with all people she meets, so would likely be friendly with kids, but she is still learning not to jump up. So best with older ones while she's working on it. She hasn't been tested with cats.
If you're looking for a loyal companion, Lily is your girl! She will keep you entertained with her antics and you'll never feel alone when you can hear her softly snoring nearby. Contact DFL today to apply.
