Matilda

Hey! My name is Matilda.
I am an excitable young girl that loves to spend time with the family and other cats and dogs!
I am very easy with any type of family or animals in the home. I have lived with multiple cats, dogs, young children and get on great!
I Have a condition called Cerebella hypoplasia. But do not worry, I am perfectly happy and healthy! I can still do all things a dog can do, I just need a one story home with no stairs (some steps are fine). Due to my wobbly condition, I will do best at a home with younger owners than older. I will do better with another dog friend to teach me and gain confidence and have a play with and I have not been an only pet before.
I love the beach and watching the waves. I love sleeping outdoors and am mostly outdoor by choice. Though, I still want to be allowed indoors and lay on the couch for a bit and be part of the family. I love cuddles and fetch! I don't bring it back but I do love a good ball chase. I am very toy motivated, stuffies and balls! My favorite toy is a purple glow up ball that I'd love to take with me and show you!
I am chatty and will have my morning conversations with you. I do need someone who is very patient with me, my condition can cause me to get a little worried in the car or new environments so having somebody that can go slow and go through my struggles with me will make all the difference.
