About Betty
Betty is a young dog with beautiful temperament, friendly and affectionate with her humans, including little ones, and is fine with other dogs and cats. She was recently rescued from a rural pound and is fast learning her basic commands and to walk on leash without pulling.
Betty is microchipped as a Bull Arab x Wolfhound, she is 3 years old and currently weighs around 22 kg. Now she is out of the pound she will put on condition and weight and we think she may grow to about 25 kg.
Betty is looking for a home where she will be an inside/out dog sleeping indoors at night and joining in family activities. She wants a family committed to her ongoing training and socialisation. Her foster carers tell us Betty is the perfect dog and we know she will make a wonderful family companion for some lucky family.
If you would like to meet Betty please contact us and we will put you in touch with her foster carers. All our dogs have a two week trial period in their new home. Thank you.
Adoption details
If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please submit an enquiry via Pet Rescue rather than emailing us.
In your enquiry please include:
* your location (where you live) and phone number,
* a brief description of the family home - number of adults and children in the home
* identify any other animals in the home
* how long the dog or cat would be left on its own each day
* your previous experience with dogs (or cats if your enquiry is about a cat)

* anything else you think may be relevant.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but are all volunteers, so we thank you for your patience.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
