I'm Toby - they say I'm an intelligent but blonde, energetic and active boy.

I'm looking for my ideal home and family, which would look something like this: Calm and structured, with routines - I need to be allowed indoors and be part of the family. Ideally my new people are experienced with large breeds and are not intimidated by my body language, when I'm just happy and excited. But trust me, I also know how to settle and be calm around people and enjoy cuddles! I just need to learn some focus and keep practicing good behaviors, after all, I am a very smart boy who is eager to learn!

Because I'm still young, my people need to work with me on my manners and 4 paws; I already know how to sit and 'shake' (my favorite command is 'paw'), but I need to learn some impulse control. I will need daily walks and an active family who can provide me with lots of physical and mental stimulation.

I don't like to be alone for longer times, so ideally someone would be home most of the time, and when I have to be home alone, please give me plenty of enrichment activities, including slow feeders - I do love my food and will sometimes really guard that special bone.

NO SMALL PETS, CHOOKS etc no livestock sorry I have strong prey drive.

My human siblings should be teens or older because of my size, and I want to meet everyone, incl. another family dog, at time of adoption, just to make sure we'll all get along. I would be happy to have a doggie friend in the family, boy or girl is fine by me but they must be social and tolerant because I can get a little silly and carried away during play.

My adoption cost is $200.00
