About Daphne- Female Kitten
Daphne is a stunning, very small 8 week old kitten looking for a place to call home.
Daphne came into care after a rocky start to life. This girl might be small in statue but she is big in personality.
Daphne will take a couple of days to adjust to her new surroundings but soon settles in and is super playful. She entertains herself with the kitten toys and has a ball playing with them.
Daphne really likes a cuddle and as soon as she sees you, flops over for a belly rub, purring loudly.
She isn’t sure of dogs, they are a bit scary for her but she lets them know to back up when too close. We are sure if you had a cat friendly dog she would adjust with slow introductions. Another friendly cat in the home would be great or someone home more often than not for company for her.
She would suit a family with kids over the age of 8 years old who are gentle and respectful as she is only little.
Daphne has recently been to the vets for her microchip and vaccinations and the vet feels she could possibly have dwarfism due to her very short legs. Her mum also is the same. The vet has given her a clean bill of health and has advised this will not hinder Daphne in the future.
Daphne is a strictly indoor girl unless you have a secure cat enclosure. Being white, exposure to the sun would not be a good idea.
If interested in Daphne please complete the linked questionnaire: https://form.jotform.co/93127959159875
Her adoption fee includes her desexing which needs to be done before she is 4 months old at an allocated DRN vet. She is microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. Daphne is located in Newcastle and can only be adopted within the Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens or the Hunter areas.
Medical notes
Daphne is located in Newcastle and can only be adopted within the Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens or the Hunter areas, as she needs to be desexed at a DRN allocated vet at 4 months old.
