About Roxanne
Please meet our beautiful girl, Roxanne.
Roxanne is a very special girl with a lot of love to give. Roxanne is a sweet, loving, and beautiful natured cat who is currently seeking a loving and devoted family to call her own.
Roxanne only ever wants to be your best friend! Her primary love languages are physical touch and quality time. If she could spend all day sitting in your lap, purring her little heart out, she would!
She’s a chatty and affectionate girl who once comfortable with her human will just adore spending time with you, whether napping in your lap or bed, or simply across the room knowing you’re there with her to keep her company. She will slow-blink herself in a happy doze, just knowing you’re nearby.
Roxanne loves her pats and play time but can easily get overwhelmed and overstimulated with too much all at once. Any loud noises or new changes to her environment and she can become stressed and anxious. Roxanne is currently trialling medication for her anxiety which has shown significant improvement in her happiness and behaviour.
Roxanne’s ideal home would be one that has an established, consistent, quiet routine: ideally with just one or two adults who are home majority of the time, and who are looking for a cuddle-buddy to sit together with and watch the world go by. She will thrive best as a single companion cat with no other animals in the home, allowing her to feel safe and gain peace in a calm, secure environment.
If you think you’d be the perfect fit for Roxanne, or you’re interested in fostering her for some much-needed TLC, then please feel free to speak to one of our VET staff.
Medical notes
Roxanne has been health checked, vaccinated, wormed and de-sexed.
As previously mentioned in her bio, Roxanne does suffer from anxiety and would require on going anxiety medication to help her live a more stress-free life.
