Dave Growl ~ 1yr Old Staffy(On Trial 12/9/22)

Introducing Dave Growl a 1year old Staffy. Like his name sake (Dave Grohl), Dave the Staffy could be described as the “nicest guy”.

Dave originally come from a home with 16.. yes 16 fur siblings, and has impeccable manners while meeting new friends. He has been more submissive while being introduced to friends at the pet shop no matter their size.

Dave has had unusual beginnings and is yet to learn how to dog correctly. Because of his early days Dave has had many new experiences including walking on a lead. He rarely stops to smell the roses on his walk and is more concerned with recognition. Only breaking eye contact with his foster mum when she says “good boy” then he continues to prance along.
Dave is unreactive to fur friends on his walk no matter their choice of words.

Dave has been living in foster care with a 3 & 6 year old human siblings. Despite this being Dave’s first children meeting he has never jumped on his siblings. He is extremely patient and any contact from them Dave considers a loving pat. Dave is yet to learn how to vacuum after his foster hosts and has impeccable table manners. While his foster parent are at work, Dave has a bunny to keep him company.

While in care Dave was gifted his first warm jacket of a night, his first bed and kennel and his first toys. All which have remained intact (an extremely difficult feat for a pup let alone a Staffy). Dave has undergone some major grooming in care with regular baths and mani & pedi’s all which he took in his stride.

While Dave has been in care he has slept outside but spends his days with his new foster family, with the choice of in or outside. He requires further toilet training but has had minimal accidents. He is a pleasure to have around and will be an incredible addition to any family.

Dave’s ideal family would be patient and willing to give a lot of love and attention when he requires it, and even when he doesn't just to show him how loved he is. He will require a lovely big yard to run and play in, as well as a family who will allow him inside and outside to be a true member of the family. He is a loving and very happy boy, and will be the most amazing family companion. Dave will require 5-6ft colourbond or similar fencing with no small holes or gaps, and a warm, comfy safe place to sleep.

While Dave Grohl has contributed so much to the music industry, Dave Growl the Staffy has equally contributed to the pup world. True rockstars in their own rights.
