About Willy
Hi, my foster mum calls me Willy (for one eyed Willy)
I am a senior Ragdoll gentleman, who has recently lost my eye. I'm still adjusting somewhat to this, so am a bit anxious while settling in. I don't jump or climb, which is understandable given my changed vision.
I have beautiful colours, and one of my favorite pastimes is being brushed, which is just as well given that it is definitely needed. My coat is growing out a little at the moment because when I came in, I hadn't had a brush in a while. But I purr my head off each day when foster mum brushes me.
I'm a big man and I'm not a huge fan of being picked up, but love a smooch and cuddle on the couch. Give me a good chin scritch and I'm all yours. I love scratches and pats and will rub all over you to get more. You'll be paid with purrs and head boops.
Foster mum doesn't know much about my history, so she has been slowly trying to introduce me to the other furry household members. I am keen to be friends with other cats, and I'm not too fussed by the small dogs here. At this stage she thinks I might be happy in a quieter home, with older kids.
Medical notes
I need some dental work done, it is booked in for September.
