Buddy is a great little guy, cute as a button , cheeky as a monkey and a lot of fun.
He is incredibly smart and responds well to training. Buddy does not like to be left alone too long and will bark if he is alone and bored. Please keep this in mind when applying and make sure you acknowledge this ( make mention of how you will deal with this, in your application) .
He would suit someone on a large property ( no neighbours to annoy) or a family where there is always someone at home. When you are home he is soft and sweet and loves the company.
Buddy is great with other dogs and kids but not those pesky cats.
Please be prepared to be patient and kind to Buddy while he adjusts to a new home and environment. And be prepared to work with him.
We’d like to know a lot about you and your home and family and lifestyle. Also what experience you’ve had and if you’ve read the profile.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
