MEET DAVE!!
Dave is approximately 1 & a half years young! He is a domestic short haired tabby and white boy, desexed, vaccinated x2, microchipped and ready for his forever home.
Nuggles is a sad surrender from his owner who can unfortunately no longer care for him.
Here's what his owner has to say about his personality!
He is a busy playful boy. But also happy sleeping on the couch or a bed. We named him Nuggles (Now Dave) as he does love a cuddle on your lap! Good with our children and he has been raised around kids. Dave does growl at the dogs through the window (so prefer a home with no dogs please).
He is still very playful, loves to chase balls or anything else that moves around the house, so lots of toys and a cat tower for me to play with please! He is fully toilet trained and loves his food, he is not fussy at all and would fit into most homes looking for a new playful, affectionate friend.
From Dave's foster carer - This is Delightful Dave! He is our foster child and he's just divine! Dave shares a house with 4 other cats and loves them all and children and even my little grandsons! He has millions of kisses and head butts to give to his new home.
Nuggles is an INDOOR ONLY cat for life, please only apply for him if this is suitable for your household.
Medical notes
Nuggles is a young adult, we recommend feeding him a premium brand food such as Royal Canin, Advance or Hills Science Diet to keep him in top condition.

Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
