Meet Spike!

Spike is a crazy little man always so excited to see you and run around his cage like a little nut! He is very inquisitive and i rarely sit still. He also always has a lot to say!

But he is not the biggest fan of cuddles, he would rather talk to you in his cage and entertain you with his antics

Spike is de-sexed which means that he can be adopted to be housed with another female guinea pig or 2 without risk of them reproducing.

Spike was de-sexed due to his dominant nature towards other male guinea pigs, this made it hard for us to find a male in which he got on with fo this reason he is not a suitable companion for another male guinea pig but he gets on great with females

We are looking for a family that already has a female guinea pig to pair with him or he can be paired with one of the female guinea pigs at the shelter.

Please note: Spikes adoption fee is $25 although the shelter welcomes donations towards his surgery.

The shelter is a non funded and non profit organisation. . The surgery cost $95.00 you can make a donation as little as $5 or you can pay for the hole surgery fee if you would like.
