About Layla
Hi, my name is Layla. I'm Teddy's sister and came from a house with way too many cats!
I'm a friendly girl who loves attention. I'm very affectionate and love coming up to my foster carer for pats and smooches. I'm playful as well and love playing with toys now that I know what they are! I even love getting pats and attention from my foster carer's grandkids! My foster carer says that I'm such a lovely-natured girl who she loves spending time with.
My dream home is one where I will be given tons of attention, love and plenty of toys to play with! I could have a kitty friend or be an only cat, I don't think I'll mind either way!
Layla has been:
- Tried with children and is fine with them
- Untried with cats (however was at a property with over 15 cats so should be fine with them if introduced properly)
- Untried with dogs (probably best in a home without them)

Layla is 7 months old (DOB: 3/2/22) and her adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get her started.
Layla is available to meet at her foster carer's home at Coromandel Valley.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
