About Footy
Meet Footy. She’s a total mixed breed, so have no idea. She’s medium in size and currently weighs around 22kgs.
She’s a sweet girl who arrived in care extremely timid. And was a “camp dog”. But she’s gained her confidence and is ready to be someone’s best friend.
She really wants to please, and is smart. She knows her basic manners, but is a blank canvas for her new owner to put some training into. As most of her training to date has been based around exposure and confidence building.
She’s great with other dogs, once she knows that they are friend not foe. She’s currently on a rural type property and has no interest in leaving, or shown interest in the wildlife or neighbouring stock. She’s an inside dog, and sleeps inside.
Footy would love a home with another playful dog. And would prefer to be on a lifestyle property than in town. But could live in town if she received a fulfilling amount of exercise.
She a good with children that she’s met. Has not been tested with cats. And wants a home where she is a family member that can be included in any activities that are happening. She will also need to have a well balanced dog in the home. She is crate trained.
