About Peta
Hi there! My name is Peta, and I am a ten-year-old gorgeous black and tan kelpie girl. I love humans, there is
nothing better than hanging out with them!
Please don’t let my age fool you, while it is true, I am looking for my retirement home after working hard every day, I want to enjoy the best of an active life with my new family. I have all my basic training sorted, I sit, stay, walk well on a lead, am house trained, have good recall and sleep through the night in my crate. I love riding in vehicles of all kinds, going on adventures and hanging out with my family, I find any outing an adventure.
In my foster home I am living with a toddler and two other dogs. I am especially fond of the toddler who gives great cuddles and never gets tired of patting me. I love playing with my border collie foster brother. I find cats and other small animals, and chickens a bit too intriguing, and I am best suited to a home that does not have these temptations. I am experienced and comfortable around horses.
I would be suited to most homes and cannot wait to find someone to adventure with.
If it sounds like I am the perfect fit for your home, please complete an application form. I can’t wait to hear from you!
Lots of love, Peta xx

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
