About Little Ted
Little Ted was born in a small community in the western dessert region of Central Australia. He was found at about 4 weeks of aged by a local child all alone in the schoolyard, who picked him up and gave him to be cared for and raised up by one of the nurses. He was only 1.5 kg, but after a good worming he began to eat and grow. Even at that tender age he was very keen to mix with the other dogs and explore outside. Little Ted has gone from strength to strength and is now a very popular member of the puppy pack and loves to play with the big dogs as well. He loves the toys and will also find things in the garden to interest him and play with. He is a great little dog with a trusting and loving nature .
Ted loves to sleep in a big pile in a dog bed with the other pups or a big dog, but he also loves to be lifted up onto the bed for a special cuddle. He is used to being outside with the others in the day providing the weather is not to hot or cold. He will need regular interesting walks and plenty of human company. He would do well with another friendly playful dog in the family. He can cope with rough play but has also been very gentle and sweet with the younger pups.
Little Ted is currently in care in the NT, and will be ready to travel in mid September, when he will be about 4 months old. He will travel by air from Alice Springs to Adelaide, and his fare is included in his adoption fee.
Medical notes
Little Ted has been tested for the panel of tick borne diseases and is negative for all of them
