Hi! My name is Furiosa and I am a beautiful 2yo Amstaff X looking for my forever humans. I am very sweet natured and my favourite spot is cuddling up next to you on the couch.

I would love a home where I have attention from my humans all the time and am allowed inside to hang out and sleep. I do ok on my own and sleep in my crate all night but would love someone who is home more often than not to spend time with me. I would be your shadow if you would let me.

I have lived with a couple of foster dog siblings while I have been in care and loved their company very much after a few days to get used to them. I am a little nervous and scared around new dogs so if my new home has any resident pooches, they would have to be patient with me and have very slow introductions until I am comfortable. Due to this anxiety I would also need lots of training on walks and in public to get used to my surroundings. My foster mum says I’m doing very well on walks but we still have a long way to go and that my new family would need to be committed to ongoing training with me.

I live with a foster cat at home who I get along with mostly but I do want to chase him a lot so it would probably be best if I’m not left alone with any resident cats just in case.

I haven’t met any children yet but given how gentle and loving I am, I could have some human siblings in my home. I don’t jump and will nudge you if I am not getting enough attention so as long as my human siblings are nice and gentle with me, we should be ok together.

I don’t care much for toys but love to chew on cow hoofs, have some action with my slow feed lick mat, go for walks and nap in a comfy bed. I won’t chew your things or assist you with the gardening but will happily play with you or my resident dog friend after we get used to each other.

I’d love to find my forever home; I can’t wait to give my humans cuddles and smooches and find my new best friends!
