Dobbie is a sweet pup. We don't know his exact breed mix, but he has quite long legs and will most likely be a medium-large dog when he's all grown up. He's a lovable boy and he thrives when given lots of attention and love. Like most growing pups he likes to relax on his bed but he also has huge bursts of energy at times and will need lots of play time with his family. He loves his chew toys, and a good supply will be a must: better to chew on those those than the furniture!
Dobbie is responding well to some basic training but being a young dog he is learning every day and will need ongoing rewards-based reinforcing of basic manners and obedience. Puppy training and dog training classes, where he can meet and socialise with other young dogs and new humans too, would be a great benefit for him.
Dobbie enjoys the company of another dog, but does need to learn some boundaries as he just wants to play at the moment.
Once he's old enough to go out into the big world, Dobbie will love daily walks. He's an active and energetic pup so adequate exercise will be a must. His new owner must have the time and commitment to meet his exercise needs in order to keep Dobbie both physically and mentally healthy and happy.
Dobbie likes to be indoors with his family. Like all pups he would love to be included in a home where someone is home quite a lot at least while he's still young. Your yard will need high and secure fencing.
Dobbie is such a beautiful soul and will be a devoted best friend to his new owners. If you have the commitment and time for a springy, loving pup, then we'd love to hear from you.
