Hey there, my name is Bluey. I'm a fun loving puppy looking for my fur-ever home.
I love running to the gate when my foster parents get home, but sometimes I get a bit excited (who wouldn't - they play with me & give me treats!). So I am learning not to jump up or be mouthy. I love playing tug & chasing balls, but my favourite thing in the whole world is a fresh bone! I will eat it for HOURS!
I am a super smart puppy & need interesting stuff to challenge my brain & keep me busy throughout the day. I love going on walks & my foster mum says I learnt our walking route super fast. I love treats & anything to do with food, so that is the best way to train me. I'm still a puppy & have bursts of energy, but will happily curl up on my comfy dog bed when I get tired. I'm a sucker for a good smooch & a cuddle & sometimes forget that I need to be patient, but that's just the puppy instincts coming out. Oh, I have also discovered I can jump/climb, so 6 foot fencing is a must for me. My foster mum says I have great guard dog instincts, with my deep woof and scary white walker eyes!!
My previous owner did a lot of training with me & I'm able to sit & stay, I'm crate trained & walk well on a lead. It would be best if I have a firm owner that continues my training.
Bluey is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heart worm checked and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
