Pumbaa

What can we say about Pumbaa? He’s almost purrfect!

This sweet and charming boy is surely to make everyone fall in love with him, with his lovely nature and soft fur, especially when he rolls on his back and curls up next to his person to get some head scratches and belly rubs. He chirps and purrs as soon as you get close to him and he’s very vocal when he wants food or cuddles.

Pumbaa’s favourite past time is to sleep, but he’s also perfected an amazing impression of a squirrel when he plays and runs around with his fluffy tail. Oh, that tail! Luckily he loves being brushed so he can always look his best for you.

Like a lot of cats, Pumbaa can get scared by unfamiliar and sudden noises so he needs a hiding spot where he can retreat to until he feels safe to come out again. He is also very food driven and tends to circle around your feet when you’re walking around the kitchen or have your meals. For these reasons, Pumbaa might not be suitable to live with elderly people or very young children as he might make them trip involuntarily.

He is currently in foster care with another feline friend, and they get along well together. Pumbaa would prefer an indoor only home, or one with an enclosed outdoor area for his own safety.
