Meet Maple!

Maple came to the shelter through no fault of her own and, after spending some time with one of our wonderful foster carers, is ready to find her new home.

Maple's foster carer has said Maple is super friendly and excitable. She loves playing with her foster brother and is a clever cookie. She is a big goof ball who loves attention, kisses and cuddles.

She is happiest in the thick of things and would thrive in a family. She can be a little jumpy, so would perhaps be better with older kids, or a family prepared to put in the work training her. Everyone who has met her has been charmed by her happy demenour and outgoing personality.

She quickly learned how to sit and shake hands, and is working on lay down with a 50/50 success rate. She does very well with a treat incentive and as long as she is not over excited she generally wants to please. Maple is very close to toilet trained, but will need some ongoing training as with all babies.
